The Unstuck Mindset + Roshan Abbas masterclass
The introductory session uncovers what goes behind designing and actioning an intentional life. We introduce several concepts that will be practiced over the next three months, setting you up to get the maximum out of the program.
We follow this up with a live webinar and Q&A with someone who exemplifies living life on his own terms - Roshan Abbas.
Post-session exercise: A set of Big Questions designed to get you to reflect.
11 Sept
Find your disconnections
Before we fix what’s wrong, we need to identify what’s wrong.
In this session, you will evaluate where the gaps in your life are. We do this through a comprehensive individual assessment, followed by a group reflection exercise conducted by a qualified instructor.
At the end of this session, you will have a clear sense of where you are feeling disconnected across six key parameters.

12 Sept- 25 Sept
Hour long private session #1: On your foundations
The early parts of the program involve a lot of reflecting, writing, and answering difficult questions.
Your first private mentoring session is to assist you with this. This is a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share where you’re feeling stuck, what questions you’re having trouble answering, what is the context you’re living in, and more. Your mentors make suggestions accordingly, and your input acts as a base for us to help you through the rest of the program.
Our aim is to help you better identify your gaps and motivations.
18 Sept
Discover your core values
A root cause of feeling stuck is not knowing what one’s values are. In this session, we help you arrive at yours.
We give you a series of exercises to reflect and arrive at what values resonate most with you from a list of over a hundred. These core values will form the basis of small shifts you will introduce into your life.
25 Sept
Personal value articulation
The same value can mean different things to different people. In this session, you will define, concretely, what your core values mean for you. You will also assess your current life with respect to your values, arriving at the gaps you need to fill to lead an intentional life.
By now, you would know what values are important to you, and importantly - why.

26 Sept - 08 Oct
Hour long private session #2: On your career
You will take the Strong Interest Inventory® assessment (online) followed by a personalised, hour-long evaluation with recommendations. This will enable you to take career related (and other) decisions based on your actual interests.
The assessment and evaluation are conducted by Utsav, who is a certified SII practitioner.
02 Oct
Personal re-introduction
When we introduce ourselves, we tend to lead with what we do professionally. And while that’s not bad, it may be a shadow of who we really are.
In this session, we do a revealing exercise where we look at ourselves through the lens of our values, ambitions and personality - not what our CV says.
09 Oct
Career design
Based on your values and the outcome of the SII evaluation, we help you take steps towards generating career directions.
This is a facilitated process to narrow a wide set of possibilities down to a manageable shortlist, and then design experiments to test said shortlist in the real world.
16 Oct
Should I be a solopreneur?
For those considering working for themselves - we provide a realistic look at the good, the bad, and the how. With real-life lessons from one of your mentors who’s made this work for 7.5 years.
23 Oct
Community sharing session
Give and receive feedback from your cohort members. In this session, your mentors take a step back as you discuss your various career options emerging from your career design exploration.
30 Oct
Setting up tiny experiments
We now take all this groundwork and turn it into action.
We build tiny, sustainable experiments in service of your values and motivations. In this session, you will design and commit to these experiments.
31 Oct - 07 Nov
Hour long private session #3: On your action plan
In your final private mentoring session, we help you set up your own tiny experiments. These would be small rituals to address the gaps in your life, towards your own definition of progress, in accordance with your life and its constraints.
We place emphasis on achievability rather than perfection, setting you up for success.
6 Nov
Building a medium-term plan
Now that you know it is possible to design a life on your terms, we take it a step further.
You will learn how to build a realistic plan for a timeline that makes sense for you. This becomes your north star, with your values and system acting as the compass.
13 Nov
Build a healthier relationship with technology
Many ills of modern life come down to too much screentime, endless feeds, and our animal brains reacting to addictive algorithms. We believe designing a better life includes building a better relationship with technology - so you can reap its benefits without being a slave to it. In this standalone session, we take you through some ways to maintain better habits with your phone, notifications, social media, content, and yes, AI.
20 Nov
Turning experiments into rituals
Now that we have started tiny experiments and evaluated them, let’s take it to the next level - seeing how to make them a part of your life; and set in place a system to feed the experiments -> rituals pipeline, for life.
27 Nov
Community sharing session
By the time we reach our penultimate live session, you would have been doing tiny experiments for over a month. An ideal time to share what’s worked, what hasn’t, what you want to do more of, and what you’ve learnt about yourself. Share your experience, and give feedback on others’.
04 Dec
Finale
In our final session, you share what you’ve learnt and succeeded at. The program may end, but the learnings, system and community will be a part of your life going forth.

What sets this program apart from others?
We feel three things set Unstuck apart:
Dedicated reflection time: Today, when do we actually take time out to think about the larger questions? Unstuck enables this in a structured manner. This alone will help you unlock insights about yourself.
High personalisation: Everyone is stuck in different ways and seeks different things. We spend considerable one-on-one time with each participant to help them arrive at their idea of an ideal life, and the unique steps they need to take, to get there.
Action orientation: All the great advice means nothing if not committed to action. From the first session, we have exercises and tasks that build on each other.
